This is very nice! The lyrics are the thing I like most in this song. The acoustic guitar gives a nice feel and this song proves your versatility as a musician. Piano, guitars, drums etc. Everything blends nicely. Sorry mate, I've got no complaints. Very straightforward and catchy. I'm waiting to hear this on radio.

Your vocals really shine on this one, dreamy harmony & tight dynamics, very Brit pop sound only better than most of the stuff I've heard. Love the line about precious time... The acoustic sounds full & crisp/colourful & then the electric solo adds some icing, I agree with Strat, radio friendly & creative touch at the end with piano, a melody that won't fall away easily & who would want it too. The big thumbsup here Jay Another fine sculpture from a very talented artist with a multi genre ability.

good track. the acoustic sounds great. rest of the instrumentation is good as well, and depth in the mix. nice lil wah section in there. its like the song you heard before but can't place kinda familiarity to it. if i had to guess, like goo goo dolls sorta. definitely a radio possibility as others have mentioned.

i really like the reverbed out slide that walks in during the chorus. very gilmouresque singing and guitar playing. the drums sound a little off in the turnarounds during the verse. i really like the way you recorded the acoustics, you get lots of the body in the tone. nice song, the fuzzy wah solo is great.

Some great guitar and harmonies on this track. Full of hooks in it lyrical context. Kind reminds me of Crowded House at times. This is a really good song and the piano sound at the end really gives it as extra edge.

LOVELY! The drums could use a little tightening - they sound stumbly. the production sounds wonderful, even on these crappy laptop speakers.

Wow---just jumps right in there---guitar tone is awesome. Sweet harmonies. Sounds a little loose around the beat but hey----I dig that “jam” sort of feel---Ooooo---the wah-guitar is killer! ---Nice break into the acoustic and piano. Wonderful song writing! Great stuff man!!!!!

This is pretty rough overall - the intro was a little odd. Vocals are a little pitchy here and there. Instrumental clams and missed beats.
However – Dudes....! This has some very magical moments in it. Capture those - that is what you want to bring the entire composition and recording. I like this tune - although this might be the original production and recording - and have value as such - make damn sure it is not the last.
This is a damn fine piece of writing – I want to hear the recording present that. Work this bitch, make it shine and sparkle. This can be kick-ass.....
Good Job

the vox are pretty, and I love that effect, it retains so much original voice color, considering the voice is the only pure instrument next to a glass harmonica and synths, I'm glad you have found an honest vocal sound.
and I must agree with the guy above me, the mix is hard to get into, it's very noisy, which is reasonable considering HOW MUCH INCREDIBLY FOCUSED, PRISTINE instrumentation there is, but right now it is at a very enjoyable state, but this song is epic, and I hate when the keys sound wierd, it happens when they first come in, and throughout the playing, in wierd I just mean off-time.
beautiful song,

Good song, but the drums don't seem to sync up very well sometimes...maybe out of phase? Anyways, nice job.

This is awesome! I do agree that the drums being off can be distracting, and I think there are some phasing issues going on here; but this is an awesome song. Sweet guitars and bass especially. Tighten up the drums and fix the phase problem and it's perfect. Awesome.

this is awesome man.. the vocal harmonies you sing very well and create a great uplifting atmosphere..
Loving the breakdown around 3.10.. the acoustics are really nicely recorded..
I like how you've layered this song, creates a really nice texture yet it's nicely produced so doesn't sound muddy which is easily done.
The only thing i'd say is the drum pattern threw me off at the beginning.. im not sure if its a timing issue or perhaps you should try a different beat.
Great song though.. well done

I think you've written a very good song. It has a nice vocal melody, harmony, and lyrics... Nice guitar playing. But I think that the drums often interfere and almost detract from the whole feel of the song.

I'm not sure at all how I missed this.
At any rate I'm hearing it now. It's excellent. That chorus is really awesome, the backing vocals work very well, the melody is incredible. I dig the "woah oh" parts, too, a lot.
Wow, and that second verse... That slide guitar is tasteful and really adds a lot.

Hey Nice song! Voices are really nice, the production of them is pretty crisp too. I feel like the whole thing needs a little tightening though, if anything. I think I'd enjoy this a lot more if it was live.
